B0tt0M WaTcH3R, with those 1 Billion ORRV CEO shares...

It would appear that such was issued for control purposes of ORRV to the CEO of McCusker. There is a chance that he will create a special preferred share or shares that will not be converted into common, but only represent an amount of votes to equal the control votes necessary.

This would allow him to retire those 1 billion shares from the Outstanding Shares (OS) and would immediately double the valuation of the stock for whatever it is going to be once everything is placed into ORRV since the OS is the key fundamental denominator that's used to asses a fundamental valuation. So for those of us that believe that there is a chance that the stock is worth somewhere between .10 to .20 per share… double that.

I'm actually still fairly new here with ORRV and really had not made the time to see if those preferred shares already exist. Forgive me if they do already. A little patience wins big here in ORRV. I do know that much.
