Would a nutraceutical cannabidiol extract be confused with medicinal grade cannabidiol? And if it was how would that be regulated? Would it cause so much confusion that it would need to be regulated separately from medical grade cannabidiol?
Let's take Tylenol for instance, there is over the counter Tylenol then there is Tylenol with Codeine- I wonder if it'll be the same with Cannabidiol, one you can just walk in and buy (nutraceutical) the other you need a script (medicinal cannabidiol)
Would the cannabidiol that is over the counter be caught in the crossfire of Sessions and Spicers targets?
