have you seen the dec 15 8k they raised 285k in a convert. The problem
is that once it falls below .20 which it has the conversion is 58% below the last trade 20 day prior. This is called a death spiral. This could trade at .01 they just keep selling and bingo. This is really bad for investors. go and read the 8k. It is called a death spiral
