Not sure he'll be putting out an 8-K...he may...but I won't be holding my breath...
we've got access to official State of Florida court docs stating the "null & void"
status of the shares...it doesn't get much more legal than that...& these aren't
from Troy...they're on the official BrowardClerk.org court website.
