That is what is known in the rest of the world as a running joke. Sure, it's "in progress", and it will happen just after the infamous "quiet period" ends and the insider buys begin. Surely finally now, everyone understands these were just pink sheet CEO lines.

This alone SHOULD have told anyone that this was nothing more than a pink sheet dream, right up there with the "final victory lap", and my favorite, the good old new handheld coming out "soon" (lol).

The list of things that management talked about and never happened is endless! So please, don't tell us "but they said xxx was going to happen". The whole point of pink sheet investing is being able to READ THROUGH THE BULL and learn the truth BEFORE it becomes obvious to all the "yes men" investors who treat each CEO quote like its Gospel! There was no refinancing coming!!!! NONE! The company knew this over 18 months ago!

It's the pinks folks, that's the norm!
