Why doesn't Bill Ackman have a lawsuit going on? He bought 9% of the company and decided to hope that someone else would win a lawsuit that would benefit him? What was he thinking? That it would all just work out without him asserting the rights of common shareholders? He was so dumb that he didn't even get on the Trump Train until perhaps after Trump won...meanwhile Icahn and Paulson have Trump's ear. What does Bill Ackman place his faith in if he isn't being proactive in getting proper valuation for his shares?

Ackman personally did not file a suit. Pershing Square Capital Management, L.P joined with Louise Rafter, Josephine Rattien, and Stephen Rattien are the Plaintiffs in an active suit before the US Court of Federal Claims

Pershing Square Capital Management, L.P is an investment adviser/hedge fund management firm managed by Bill Ackman and his investment team for the investors involved.

The same Plaintiffs voluntarily dropped a suit in the District Court.

The second suit filed by the same Plaintiffs, including Pershing Square Capital Management, L.P, is still active in the US Court of Federal Claims.
