He is going to have to use resources (funds and man power) that we don't have to crack down on a 5 and soon to be 20 dollar industry that provides a lot of tax revenue and jobs. This will then force those people to buy their weed from the drug cartels (which we hates)/Mexico or Canada. He must do this all while pretending to be a champion of states rights.
