Guys,

While we wait for the next Q's some thoughts.

Likely for me that they will try to make all the SEC filings

thru the end of 2016. Within the filing dead line for the first

quarter of 2017.

IMHO we are seeing the stock slowly creep sideways and slightly

up.

Forming a new base here. Looks to me that $ .0035 should be in

range here for a next base.

Anyone have any thoughts about what caused the near term spike to

$.0065?
