I highly doubt you'll see .008 unless massive panic by retail which will cause capitulation & will be short lived. If you follow the chart the PPS has been bouncing off the low .01s back above .03s the past few months. We won't see a major move here until the Name & Symbol change is complete & the company restructures its aged debt with its current financiers or re-finances with another loan shark with better terms than .001 which would be easy. Time will tell.
