Gary, several people gave me the program but I have to mostly credit Ks, who sent me to the correct place and gave me step by step. And it worked. I have no need usually for formal letters but a lady friend wanted me to write one for her. This morn I did. Give it to her Monday, see if I did what she wants. If not she will direct me to the right words, and I will do it over. Good lady and I won't mind. We shall see.
Meanwhile, I have to make the decision about W10. I don't want to. But maybe I simply have to. Got my desktop overhauled cheaply and exactly what I gave the repairman in writing that I wanted done. Couldn't be much better. But it still doesn't like downloads. (sigh)
