SOUM. Is there or isn't there going to be a R/S? A big question. Here's my answer. It appears that there will be one soon. That is pre-increase in A/S. The 20B cited is the post split A/S.

These shares being purchased now are pre-split. All holders on record 20 days of the notice date will be subject to the 1/1000 R/S. That means that if they reach the current 5B A/S limit as of this date, those 5 Billion become 5 million shares - THEN the new A/S limit of 20B takes effect.

Those 5 million shares would be worth .30 each if the current pps of .0003 is maintained. This is free money for the company right now in selling all the shares they can prior to the set date which authorizes the increase of the A/S to 20B.

The real questions is, will the post pps hold at the new post-split level. People buying now and holding post split believe the pps will at worse, hold...at best, rise.
