PROXY VOTED AGAINST RS. I got an email directing me to proxy vote for the march 9 shareholders meeting. These GBSN assholes had 3 votes (all with board recommendations to vote for not against). 1) to add a 1 for 1,700 Reverse split (i vote against). 2) To increase shares from 1,500,000,000 to 3,000,000,000. (i vote against) and this last one was LAUGHABLE. 3) To authorize an adjournment of the meeting if necessary if a quorum is present to solicit additional proxies if there are not sufficient votes in favor of the reverse split and / or the authorized share increase. (i vote against) these assholes want to vote to cancel the vote basically and re convene if they dont have enough votes for the RS and the share increase.
