What would make sense more then a RS would be for CMGO to retire some of the Billions shares they own back to the treasury. That way they could always reissue them in the future if there is the need. Along with an announcement they are replacing the current management with someone who has a proven track record building an internet company. That is the only way the PPS is going to move up.
Did I mention there is no revenue.
