Yeah I know that already. That doesn't mean OTC markets are without a certain level of manipulation.

Also, I have not seen anything to indicate that any of the oft mentioned investors still hold any commons. Pershing, Perry, etc are careful about giving any specific information out right now. I've looked at their reports and seems I can't find any publicly available info as to exact amounts in their portfolios, so if you have a connection I'd be interested.
