Kinda stupid really if you think about it. If they close dispensaries and recreational Mj operations where are people gonna get their weed? They're gonna get it on the street. Weed is everywhere, people were getting it before it was legal and they'll bet it again. In my opinion it would be a better more full black market even this time around.

Why are they not seeing this?
