ALJ is paying the .15, but is much more heavily shorted. Maybe if the RINs bad regulation is resolved, EPA is reigned in, the negative impact of that high percentage of over 13% of float shorted will drop. Our MLP ALDW is not heavily shorted but I noticed both refineries showed over $1 per barrel negative impact of RIN's. Krotz Springs was $1.40 and our Big Springs was $1.10 negative impact per barrel.
