I just don't see how sg can act as a successful holding company when he can't even manage his current assets. Only thing he can do is act as a shell to have a company trade on. Only problem is he obliterated the structure so there is no value left unless he reverse splits and completely wipes us out and starts fresh with a new asset/company. The scenario does not look good for us
