With the announcement that the DOJ is going to enforce the recreational use of MJ - We are about to see the transition of MJ from the present lower level producers to the High end dealers -
TOBACCO and DRUG COMPANIES -they will be the Majority of the
players that can meet the FED regs for Medical MJ and distribution control. Interestingly enough, the present Attny Gen
Sessions ,comes from a state that is the greatest recipient of
enforcement $$ - LARGE TOBACCO AND PRIVATIZED PRISON INDUSTRY .
The administration has also announced that the policy of decreasing private prison ( more costly and unsuccessful )IS GOING TO BE
REVERSED and back to PRIVATE INDUSTRY . ALSO -the states that legalized REC MJ ,are the ones that did NOT vote for Trump
