this makes it sound like not so certain..probably why this is selling off..if it was 90% clear wouldn't the court docs say that they intend on staying together..and not that Lee as a potential claim against italk and that he can rescind the agreement?..



Good point. This is precisely why I never hold these turds for any length of time. Too much uncertainty. Treat'm as a trade.
