IR will only tell number in quarterly report

The company will only give the OS number that is in the most recent quarterly report, so they gave you the number that's in the 3Q/16 filing:

I'm actually surprised that HEMP uses a TA (Madison Stock Transfer) that provides the up-to-date OS to people to call.

I've been keeping a record of my calls to the TA, and the TA-reported OS on 12/30/16 was 1,231,967,041 (up 169% from 4Q/15), so we'll see if that is roughly what HEMP reports when it files the 2016 annual report at the end of March or in early April.
