Well, if there's a PR that says "Merck will be supplying Keytruda" for the the registration trial (~65 patients x $150K = $9.75M worth of support), it should send a good signal to the market. Any upfront cash will also be good, and even if there is none, exclusivity language in the PR, for example "Merck will have exclusive rights to co-develop or purchase the treatment for the next x years" to that effect will send a stronger signal to the market. Let's see how they do it.
