We had an O/S of approx. 3,100,000,000 (3.1 BILLION)

We now HAVE an O/S of 958,969,460 (958 MILLION). Confirmed by the CEO.

There are 220,000,000 more shares that were issued to Joe Overcash that have a hold on them and WILL be removed soon.

Leaving 738,969,460 shares O/S
