Obviously it is true that all are biased and therefor the system is biased. And we know this to be true and obvious as you illustrated with the fight over the Supreme court appointments.

And yet sobering to acknowledge that fate of those in the system are in the balance of bias, in which system is often called the justice system.

I did not realize the frequency in which barring judicial review has been utilized.
