Just need some advice how to play this hand...

Just talked to my father and persuaded him to throw some cash into this opportunity... not sure how I should play this out, just want to get them and be done... should I place a order sell asking price or a limit order for just a little less, just trying to secure the order and be done but still would like to be a smart play.
