Correct me if I'm wrong, but I understand that NEWC is only 50% owner of Sannabis, therefore they cannot include Sannabis on NEWC balance sheets. NEWC would need to be 51% or better for that to occur.

But, the play is if NEWC exports and creates a u.s. company within this.

Not 100% sure on this though.
