I wish that you were right, but I see very thin support for your speculation. Do not see anything going on with IBM. They always mention possible commercial contracts with, say, Northrop Grumman. Remember that one? Lasted a while. I do see commercial contracts in the near future, but, I bet we will not even recognize the name of the customer. Stock trading strong, even tho volume is very light. Very few hits on the bid. Next significant news drives price into the high forties or more.
