Investors are again confused... The Gang of Cons motion WAS refiled TODAY and the Judge TODAY dismissed the memorandum of bullshit. The Judge said they can refile the memorandum and must now keep it to 5 pages and concerning the first twenty-five interrogatories. Meaning without all the SARTO bullshit.
SARTO is DEAD... Treaty Energy, who is claimed to be a victim in that crap has settled with the SEC admitting the SEC complaint is ALL true. That Treaty Energy is the one who victimized TECO shareholders. Not some mythical NSS conspiracy involving the SEC.
There is no case there. TECO investors need to sue Treaty Energy.
