Sounds promising in terms of MMJ seeing as it's already established on many state levels. I would point out though FDA approvals may still be hard to come by seeing as they are a federal agency.

But as someone pointed out it also made it clear recreational MJ will come under federal scrutiny, so that money should sector rotate this way.
