What rubbish. Stock options are a well recognized way of encouraging employees to help create future value and be rewarded for doing so. It is also a much better way of keeping hold of key staff than throwing wads of cash around in a small business. As a shareholder (rather than voyeur) i am more than happy to see Mark given stock options and wouldn't expect the board to think otherwise.

Mark and the team are putting together a solid pipeline of opportunities, should these pay off then Mark and team get rewarded for it, as do shareholders (not voyeurs).
