so it's a few years ago now, not last year

this was the same time all the PRs about the body camera
since then the body camera has disappeared from every corporate filing and PR

so one has to assume the body camera was cancelled, and Barry frogot to tell investors

and since then the company has issued tens of millions of shares EVERY YEAR

odds of 4-5 will be very difficult this year
