I am curious as to how many of the companies that received the SEC have been suspended.

When doing real DD - you do more than just search Google - you have to dig much deeper.

That was for AEGY - and yes they were suspended.

You need to read the SEC review of the Bemax registration statement - it is comical at how badly Taiwo Aimasiko screwed it up.
