Posted below, Straight from the T/A of DDDX I have the email & Copy of the Certified Share Structure Hot off the Press, Current as of Todays date, O/S & Float are UNCHANGED Folks...

The Company was supposed to be buying 2 Mil shares off the only Note holder they had, Lowering the Float from 12Mil down to 10Mil, but obviously the jack-ass is dumping them on us right now, but hey, so what! We have to live with a 12Mil Float instead of a Lowered 10Mil Float, it is still a VLF (very low floater)...

OTCMarkets has had the O/S and Float Correct since Jan. 19th 2017, only diff is we thought the float & O/S were gonna be lowered by 2Mil shares...

On the pic of the SS where it says Total Regular shares, that is the Float, same as what it says on OTCMarkets...
