Let me preface by saying I am no expert in all this, however I believe this boils down to news. While the RSII news the last two days does pertain to Pao and NWAV it is still news for RSII. On the other hand, investors over here just saw a crazy day where SP soared and then fell just as fast and at the same time are waiting for the news that has been talked about for some time now. Nothing changed from yesterday IMHO, announce the clinics are open and are taking patients and these days and SP will be a thing of the past.
