It wasn't "fake" nor was it "pulled", it went to the .0004 when CDEL put up 6 million at .0006 asking. Common sense tells traders to shop 1 tic lower when $3600.00 block hits the ask .0006, 1 tic above bid .0005. Why spend $2000.00 for the same shares. The 20 milly bidder likely already has shares and doesn't HAVE TO get more before the run.
