Kenny Rich says he honestly can't speak regarding the contract as he has no personal knowledge on the matter, and says he imagines if there were a COMPLETED deal, he is sure that shareholders would be notified via a major press release.
Not saying they aren't trying, but he doesn't know personally and he is the one in charge of social media accounts giving replies, not Jeff, Grant, Alex, Byron etc.
