Imagine....

Instead of placing an order for 10,000 @ .70, one places several orders: 2,000 shares at .80, 2,000 shares at .90, 2,000 shares at 1.00, and 2,000 shares at 1.10. Instead of freezing the PPS COLD, one actually drives the price UPward increasing one's profit many fold.
