"Question... with the amount of shares USMJ has out, couldn't a stock buy-back be an option instead of a reverse split? Does this often happen with penny stocks?"

Many penny stocks talk about it and say they are going to do it....but it very rarely happens and NEVER in any meaningful way.

The primary reason is most penny stocks don't have the money to do it....and USMJ certainly doesn't have enough to do so.
