Impact.....I couldn't agree more with what you said. hence the pump and dump comment I made. there is now negative news out there only good. yet today we see heavy volume of over 425,000 shares being sold.

I personally cant tell if its wash selling, short selling or what to walk the price down. I dont have the computer programs to show that. I just know there is no reason for it.

so what we have is a group of shareholders all doing it. ones who claim to be long but I suspect are just here to trade. because if they do hold a core position and are intent of adding more shares they are clearly crazy or just lying. because the damage they have done to this stock is obvious. no institution would ever buy in. not when its being manipulated. unless they knew they could manipulate themselves by acquiring enough of the float.

The real sad thing is just what I always complained about. the stock does NOT go up on good news. yet it goes down on no news. that's the pump and dump. so we take the great technology that is IPCI with nPODDDs and Podras and we show the world you don't want to invest in here.

talk about people shooting themselves in the foot. but they dont see it becuase they are happy trading it from $2 to $3.
