I think someone that owns this stock put that 1000 share sell order in to make it close lower to keep it at this price so they could grab more before it starts rising fast.

I would have to put more funds in my account to do it but if anyone has a few bucks to play with. At the end of the day put in a few 1000 share limit orders above the ask.
