I disagree. Most people on this board and some OTC traders know about the conference but many big whales in Wall Street will hear about OWCP and its potential on March 1st.

I expect a huge volume increase following the conference and OWCP management is smart enough to fuel the fire with good news right around that time.

So IMO, it will get so crazy here after March 1st that yesterday's run will look microscopic :)
