Don't know if bad news is the word I would use, more like "no news". If they push MSS launch back, or say very little about a firm launch date, then this goes down further, IMO.

The 30 day period to voice opposition ends Mar 2nd or 3rd, I believe, so nothing will be said regarding partnerships or plans with the new FCC order. Shorts still have the upper hand if you ask me.
