Then Ruppert filed the Promissory Notes, then a Notice to remove a Promissory note and a Motion to Correct Scriveners Error (Jason changed the $60,000 note to $25,000).
The Original Complaint the Notes were $8,000, $60,000 and $12,493.04
Then Ruppert filed a Notice of Filing Promissory Notes - and we have:
A note for $60,000 to Calvin Ross Mighty Jaws and NGCG.
Then there was a debt Purchase Agreement for a $50,000 note between Pamela Ruppert and Lorne Kalisky (stating the payment was $5,000) - 2 paragraphs down the payments has changed to $15,000. Ruppert claims it was a Cash Payment at that time.
Then we have a $8,000 note from Ruppert to Calvin Ross March 16, 2015.
We have another Note from Ruppert to Ross for $12,493.04 (I believe this during Ruppert's bankruptcy - I am curious if the Trustee knows about these loans.
Now, we have a check from Pamela Ruppert to Mighty Jaws (a Calvin Ross Company) for $12,493.04 01/14/2015)
Wait there is more - there is a convertible note for $100,000 from Ruppert to Ross on May 8, 2015. On 05/08/2015 Pamela Ruppert writes a check for $100,000 to Mighty Jaws - check #291
There wasn't a check for the $8,000 note - no verification. Keep in mind that the Pamela Ruppert keeps changing.
So the claim is growing since the original complaint.
Now we have another Kalisky note that magically appears for $25,000 on April 14, 2015.
What do you know another Debt Purchase Agreement between Kalisky and Pamela Ruppert. Except that Pamela is now paying Kalisky $30,000 for a $25,000 note - the total pay-off of the $25,000 note is $30,000.
It says that Pamela paid Kalisky $30,000 by check - #320. The Kalisky signature looks to be copied and pasted from another document and there isn't a date by the signatures. And the Pamela signature is completely different.
In the document filed by Ruppert on 02/22/2017 - this get interesting.
Verified Amended Complaint for Damages.
Now Ruppert is clain there are 4 Notes:
04/06/2015 - $60,000
03/16/2015 - $8,000
01/14/2015 - $12.493.04
04/14/2015 - $25,000 Subject to the debt purchase Agreement on 04/27/2015.
Now we have a new document that Ruppert has filed - this seems very odd - on 08/05/2015 - Pamela assigns the $25,000 note that she claims she paid kalisky $30,000 - to Jason Ruppert - one of those items that magically appears.
This is where it gets interesting - remember she paid Kalisky with check #320 - Pamela has a email from Russell Walker from her bank.
"Our records indicate that check #320 for $30,000 was returned for insufficient funds....
We have process your Stop Payment on check number 320 in the amount of $30,000.
Your stop payment remains in effect for one year.
Then Ruppert provides some wire transfer documents that are barely legible - I will work on them. But it looks like Kalisky is wiring money to Ruppert.
