Just wondering??: Now that everyone has read the "Q" what does everyone think???

1. We all have read very solid DD from the Albania Governmental Ministry of power, environment people, and a whole host of Albanian news articles, and legal people all saying that the concessions were cancelled and The Shala cascades even called out as one of those cancelled>…Soooo

2. Now we have a "Q"that says that the "Shala Cascade is still the only project that 3-power has?? The 'Q" signed off by the DUBAI BOYS. so please tell me how does an investor make a determination just who is telling the truth?? We are just to believe what we are fed? Judiciary duties???

3. After the big donut / cake gift that was sent to the office over Christmas only to find there was no one in the office and the gift was left in a chair in the hallway!!! LOL "The Great donut/ cake gift of 2016 fell flat." Pardon the pun !!! The office was verified by BDO AS EMPTY that is on the floor above them !! ..IF WE ARE IN BUSINESS WHERE DID THE OFFICE MOVE TOO?? AND WHY??? Our one real live clue was being able to make contact and at least hearing voices on the other end.

4 It is obvious that in my opinion there is some serious hand holding going on between the Albanian Gov. and The Dubai boys. I GUESS this could be construed as a good thing ?? Hand holding being better that law suits??
