Look on the bright side. The so-called AggroSphere Index was setup a while ago and the great thing about being included with a bunch of questionable companies is PCMB will rise to the top for anyone doing DD on the 69 companies. I agree the Index could be smaller, but savvy investors may choose to directly invest in PMCB and forgo the ETF completely.

Furthermore, very likely other ETF fund managers will jump on the bandwagon and launch their own MMJ ETFs, which, if they were smart, would be more selective.

All in all, the positives far outweigh the negatives for the ETF.
