The controller and CFO have both departed. IMO, a late filing should have been expected.

The bigger problem though is with the loss of operations employees. Steve, David, and Toshi may have to run the equipment and produce samples all by themselves. Hopefully, the JV is truly funded and will send over some Chinese expats to train and perform some of the daily tasks.
