Anyone else noticed the PR"S are getting less and less productive as far as share price increase.?

When I first got into this stock, the pps was running to $1.50 - $1.60 everytime, Then

the pps statrted reaching its high point in the $1.20's, Then

the $1.16's and now lower $1's.......and at all times it bounces back down to the .80's or below.

This is showing that either a lot of investors lost confidence and in Hold mode or many investors just see this as too much aof a risk and moved on. The rally's are not as strong anymore, not as much investors as it used to have.
