He lost 40k of an existing 100k after he took over and then couldn't pay the bill.

VelaTel needs to execute for the first time in its history, showing hundreds of thousands of subscribers from whatever their "dark pool" is. I will wait with everyone else, but getting hopes too high is foolish given George Alvarez's failed history.
