Just to be clear on this area of t-trades. I only shared this info with a few people privately, but now the cat is out of the bag. Whoever was selling previously was using one of the many algorithm trading services. The end event was to note the end of the dilution via one of these services. That's why you would see the stock boxed all day and then pop at the end. They cannot sell into 10 min before and after the market open or close. The computer would sell the best price and then settles the new shares into the market at the end via a t-trade. The last of the shares actually got sold directly in and is why we saw the float locked stock jump yesterday. The newly issued shares either started being sold yesterday into the market or it was just shaky feet. We'll know today.
