The stockholders are rabid. Don't think a buyout of PPHM by GILD is unfeasible. It isn't.

Some of the best scientists in the world are GILD scientists. Look, they cured Hep C.

They know everything about PS blockade, too, I assure you.

PPHM has a lot of juicy components: Avid, exosomes, Bavi improving anti-PD1ers, etc.

GILD scientists know all this. They know the tumor microenvironment. Juust as good as Wolchok, if not better.

You don't run a $140B MC mega crop with 7,000 employees without knowing what the heck you're doing.

GILD buys out PPHM and you're looking at either a LOT of cash or cash and stock.

Either way, we go home.

$20-25B is pocket change to GILD. $10B + 1:1 stock exchange works as well.

All sounds ridiculous, I know.

Until, in my view, it may happen.
