Whether I'm an expert or not, my understanding is that Tmmi had to pay costs in to court by the 17th. Are you saying they didn't do that according to rumor? Surprising if so, because I thought it was a precondition to being referred to the Settlement Program. And they are in the Settlement Program.

Are you saying that Dimension is holding a court order which they can immediately execute against Tmmi's assets? Sorry for being sceptical. But sometimes you don't get things quite right. Must be that things get lost in transmission when you and your friend talk.
